ABOUT

I grew up in Seattle, Washington, and graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. After several years of travel and self-discovery, I moved to St. Louis to attend Washington University, where I earned my Master’s in Physical Therapy in 1994. I was attracted to Idaho because of the outdoor activities available, and chose to raise a family in the Treasure Valley.
I have dedicated my career to building a diverse skill set across a wide range of clinical settings to ensure I can provide truly comprehensive care. My professional background includes over six years of acute care experience, providing physical therapy on general surgical, orthopedic, and oncology wards, as well as within the intensive and cardiac care units. I also spent several years in outpatient clinics focusing on orthopedic injuries and surgical recovery. For 14 years, I served veterans within the VA health system, where I developed deep expertise in understanding how best to prepare our home environments to suite both our care needs and our enjoyment of the space.
Beyond my time with the VA, I have worked with both large hospital-based home health agencies and smaller agencies. While I enjoy working with people of all ages, I gravitate naturally toward seniors and aging adults. Having seen the devastation that Parkinson's can bring, I chose to become LSVT BIG certified to bring this powerful, movement-based treatment to my patients.
Throughout these varied experiences, my favorite moments have always been spent with the people I serve—getting to know them and helping them reach their physical goals.
I am now embarking on the final chapter of my professional journey by unencumbering my practice from the limitations of insurance dictates. For me, this shift represents freedom; for you, I hope it brings the relief of knowing you will receive the high-quality care you deserve for as long as you need it to reach your goals. Let's take this step together into our future.
