RATES
Visits are $150.
I will need to add a $15 surcharge to each visit for travel outside of 25 minutes of my Boise home office. This will be established prior to our first visit.
Invest in your longevity with one of the following packages and save, understanding that you are not locked in.
You are in control of the frequency and duration and can quit anytime. Enjoy the savings with these packages! If you need to cancel, I’ll simply subtract the regular $150 fee for each visit you've already used and refund the rest.

Home Evaluation and Starter Package:

This is a great way to get pointed in a new direction with several visits to adjust activities to prevent injury, maximize efficiency but with minimal oversight.
- I advise completing these four visits within one month; however, I can extend the timeline to two or three months if absolutely necessary.
- Written Home Assessment with recommendations provided.
Fall Prevention & Home Safety Program:

10 visits included for $1300

This is a natural choice. You can see progress and some cost savings.
